I take great care in creating each piece of artwork, and I want my customers to feel the same level of care and attention when they receive their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product that you purchased from Bluartwork Designs, contact me via email. If we cannot resolve the issue with the product, we do offer a 14 day money back guarantee refund policy, or exchange of product. (not including purchase of photo services) So you can feel confident in your purchase of jewelry or artwork from Bluartwork designs LLC.

Damaged Product Replacement

At Bluartwork Designs, I care about your satisfaction and want to make sure that you receive your artwork in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or broken during shipping, I offer a product replacement service to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Contact me via email within 5 business days of receiving your item to initiate the replacement process and I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You must contact me within 5 business days of receiving your item to initiate the replacement process.

Product Refund Policy

If you're dissatisfied with your purchased product for any reason, I offer a refund policy to make sure you're completely happy with your order. (not including purchase of photo services) Any undamaged product can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Simply ship it back with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it, or offer a refund based upon the original product price and payment method.

Photography Investment Statement

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, I put a contract into place before saving the date for any of my photography clients. It is important that you read and abide by the terms and conditions outlined in the contract for my services to be fulfilled.

Please understand & note that once a deposit or retainer is received, it cannot be returned, as it saves the date for your event, & prevents me from taking on any other work that day.

After one reschedule of the event, the retainer becomes non-refundable, and the contract voided.

I am committed to providing the best possible service to my clients and appreciate your understanding of this policy, and the contracts I put into place to prevent any confusion.

Digitally Downloaded Artwork Statement

Please note that a sale of a digital product is the purchase of a downloadable large jpeg file. No physical product will be shipped or delivered. Paid for digital downloads must be downloaded from the designated albums in a timely manner.

Please understand & note that once a digital artwork is paid for, the payment and product cannot be returned.

After the digital product is received, the said owner has rights to reproduce the artwork at will.
